We, Shanghai Qian Wei Interlining
Factory established in the beginning of 90s, after these
years' development we specialize in fusible and non-fusible woven
interlining for shirts, with over 50 million square meters of annual
production. Now we have two factories, Chang Xing factory (mainly
produce low middle class products) locates at beautiful Chang Xing
Island which well known by its oranges, Gu Cun factory (mainly produce
middle high class products) locates at Gu Cun Industrial Zone which
has convenient traffic conditions. Meanwhile it has a workforce
of over 250 in two factories and net capital achieved CNY60,000,000.00.
Progressing factory is both an excellent delegate of private enterprises
and a successful sample of enterprises system reform. We have two
registered trademarks, DOUBLEGULL and QIAN WEI. We have own export
license and, at the beginning of 2002, we obtain the Certificate
of ISO9001-2000.
Following entrance of WTO and development trend of global economy,
interlining products, as our understanding, there will be a much
more promising market. Facing the market full of challenges and
opportunities, since last year, we have set efficient and reasonable
investment, mainly on hardware. Details as follows.
1, Based on the long-term production and management experience,
we equipped our Gu Cun factory with up-to-date machinery. These
machines are mainly produced according to our design, others are
imported.
2, Along with the strict quality control, we manage full procedures
of production, which have a superior performance, from the imported
raw materials to our appointed weaving factories.
3, Strict compliance with the environment legislation, we have big
investment on pollution treatment and environmental protection.
In local zone, our factory is model unit on environmental protection.
