Materials Production Line

Shanghai Qian Wei Interlining Factory has the chemical products production license issued by our government. The main chemical materials of interlining are made by 5 synthesis reactor. We have 6 grinders for HDPE、LDPE、EVA powders. All of them are used by ourselves. And we have one plastic packing bags production line.

Bleaching & Dyeing Production Line

Shanghai Qian Wei Interlining Factory has 2 advanced bleaching & dyeing production lines. It’s professional in singeing、cooking、refining、bleaching、dyeing. It’s setting a good foundation for high quality “Doublegull” interlining.  

Resin Finishing Production Line

Shanghai Qian Wei Interlining Factory has 6 new resin finishing production lines. 3 lines are imported, 3 lines are local. It’s guaranteed the handfeel & whiteness & environmental indexes reaching the international standard.

Dot Coating Production Line

Shanghai Qian Wei Interlining Factory has 8 dot coating machines and 1 double dot coating machine. It’s adopted our local advanced coating production process. It’s ensured the coating surface bright, full and good bond strength.

Checking & Packing Production Line

Shanghai Qian Wei Interlining Factory has 6 checking & packing equipments. It’s ensured our enterprise objects of “Customer First, Quality First!”
