5th Jan 1990 It's been as the directly industrial enterprise of Shanghai Qian Wei Farm. It's changed to be "Shanghai State-owned Qian Wei Interlining Factory" and moved to be no.885 Pan Yuan Gong Lu Changxing Island.

1st Jan 1996 It's carrying out the enterprise structural reformation. It's the first batch of overall reformation in Shanghai State-owned Industrial Enterprises.

18th Jan 2006 Shanghai Doublegull Textile Co., Ltd. was set up. It's located in No.369 Bao An Gong Lu Shanghai. Shanghai Qian Wei Interlining Factory has its own land and factory.

18th Jun 2006 It's purchased 50 acres land in the name of Shanghai Qian Wei Interlining Factory. it's located in No.777 Fulian Road Shanghai.

12th Dec 2006 A wholly owned acquisition of "Jiangxi Three Dimensional Fiber Co., Ltd." was done. It's entering a diverse business development.

8th Aug 2008 It's purchased 30 acres land in Jiangsu Qidong Fine Chemical Industry Zone. it's set up named "Jiangsu Doublegull Textile Dyeing Co., Ltd.

31st Dec 2010 Shanghai Qian Wei Interlining Factory Changxing Branch is finished its historic mission to end the lease contract.
